Are you a marketing enthusiast looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment? We're seeking a talented Marketing Communications Intern to join our Brand Communications team at adidas.

About the Role

As a Marketing Communications Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our Business Unit teams in creating marketing and communication campaigns that drive the future of our adidas brand. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to both short- and long-term communication strategies based on global business objectives, focusing on effective channel planning.
  • Support the development of marketing and communication campaigns, ensuring creative concepts are executed to a high standard and brought to life for our consumers.
  • Collaborate with global and local agencies, managing projects across digital, social, PR, and retail.

  • A structured training and development program, including access to LinkedIn Learning, Language Training, and adidas Learning Portal.
  • Opportunities to attend and participate in on-campus events and sponsored adidas events/games.
  • A monthly gross allowance of €2,098.00 (non-compulsory internship) or €1,590.00 (compulsory internship).
  • A flexible and agile working arrangement, with 40% home office possible.
Eligibility

To be eligible for this internship, you must:

  • Be enrolled as a full-time student for the complete duration of the internship.
  • Be available for the full duration of the internship from March to September 2025.
  • Be able to relocate to Herzogenaurach in Germany for the full duration of the internship.
