We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to fill the position of Assistance Professional in Educational Support at our organization, DRK Kreisverband Güstrow e.V.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing one-to-one support to a student in the 6th grade
• Fostering acceptance of daily changes in the school environment
• Developing a positive self-image
• Strengthening self-confidence
• Reducing auto-aggressive behavior
• Supporting non-verbal communication and social signal mediation
• Fostering teamwork and social skills
• Increasing motivation and performance
• Networking and collaboration

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

• A completed education in social assistance, child care, or a related field
• Knowledge of the social pedagogical field
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Organizational skills, empathy, and assertiveness
• Capacity to communicate effectively with diverse groups
• Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to pursue further education and training
