Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement electrical engineering methods and tools based on processes in the R&D field for mechatronic products.
  • Analyze, evaluate, harmonize, and improve the methods and tools used in development departments.
  • Provide technical and methodological consulting (coaching and support) on the use of methods and tools, as well as the development of toolchains (e.g., using Altium Designer and architecture metrics or E/E hardware metrics).
  • Participate in the implementation of training programs and support for the rollout of methods and tools in development departments.
  • Advise and coordinate the internal E/E network and developers worldwide.
  • Define, collect, and report process-relevant KPIs/metrics.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer science, physics, or a comparable field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in electrical engineering development and corresponding series projects (specific requirements, component knowledge, circuit design, layout creation, simulation, measurement methods, and testing).
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in working with EDA tools such as Altium Designer.
  • Good knowledge in the areas of requirement, configuration, change, and test management (verification and validation).
  • Excellent English and good German language skills in writing and speaking.
  • Affinity for empowering employees and improving methods and tools.
  • Analytical, structured work style, excellent team and communication skills, combined with the joy of working in an agile team.
