Ihre Rolle:

Als Senior Expert Projects Manager bei der BWI GmbH sind Sie Teil eines erfahrenen Teams, das sich auf die Bereitstellung von IT-Services für die Bundeswehr spezialisiert hat. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Unterstützung bei Audits, Beauftragungen und Beschaffungen, die Durchführung von Controlling und den Aufbau eines Reportings mithilfe der internen BI-Tools. Sie sind verantwortlich für die Qualitätssicherung in der Business Unit und unterstützen das übergreifende Qualitätsmanagement. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei Recherche, Terminorganisation und Meetings, sowie bei der Ressourcen- und Unternehmensplanung.

Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Businessmanagement und/oder Wirtschaft
  • Etwa 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement/Businessmanagement, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt u.a. in PMO-Tätigkeiten, Qualitätsmanagement
  • Expertise in der Nutzung von MS Dynamics, MS Project sowie der Erstellung von Dashboards in BI-Tools
  • Mindestens Projektmanagementzertifizierung IPMA Level D
  • Ausgezeichnete Analyse- und Präsentations-Skills, äußerst strukturierte und genau Arbeitsweise, sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten, gutes Organisations- und Koordinierungsvermögen
  • Eine hohe Selbststeuerung sowie eine Entscheidungs- und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Office Produkten (MS Excel und PowerPoint)
