Operations Lead/Supervisor

At Amazon Fulfillment Germany GmbH, we are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the daily functions of our operation, support team members, and contribute to process improvement projects. As an Operations Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and optimizing safety, quality, and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor workflows and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence and efficiency
  • Train and support team members to achieve exceptional results and enhance employee engagement
  • Collaborate on process improvement projects to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

A Day in the Life:

As an Operations Lead, you will assist in executing the shift plan, oversee procedures, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will escalate issues to management and provide guidance to team members to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in German
  • Experience in data analytics and business intelligence
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and business software

  • Stakeholder management experience and leadership skills
  • Work experience in operational environments and logistics
  • Advanced English skills and language proficiency
