About ZEISS Digital Partners
We are a cross-functional team at ZEISS Digital Partners, driving digital innovation and transformation across the ZEISS group. Our goal is to accelerate the digital transformation of ZEISS, enabling and delivering scalable digital solutions with a superior customer experience.
Your Role
- Lead strategic cross-ZEISS digital transformation projects, determining the success of our digital ecosystems.
- Identify, structure, and implement measures for ZEISS to deliver scalable digital solutions with a superior customer experience.
- Manage cross-functional project teams in an agile setup, collaborating with our Design, Data Analytics, and Cloud Engineering colleagues.
- Partner with ZEISS business units or central functions to enable their digital transformation.
- Manage diverse stakeholder groups across the ZEISS group.
Your Profile
- Excellent university degree, preferably in natural sciences, engineering, informatics, or business.
- 3-4 years of experience, preferably in management consulting, IT consulting, or digital transformation projects in a B2B industry.
- Track record of successfully leading projects using agile methodology.
- Strong drive to impact.
- Sound understanding of change management mechanics and tools for digital transformation.
- Strong communication skills and the empathy to productively collaborate with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Business fluent German and English language skills.
