Job Description

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Produktionsexperten für unsere Sterilproduktion in Neufahrn bei Freising.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Projektgerechte Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Qualifizierung von neuen Anlagen sowie Geräten in der Sterilproduktion
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation der regelmäßigen Requalifizierung von Anlagen sowie Geräten in der Sterilproduktion
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Reinraumqualifizierungen
  • Beschaffung und Qualifizierung von Kleingeräten
  • Beschaffung von Messmitteln und Organisation der regelmäßigen Kalibrierung
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Risikobewertungen
  • Erstellung und Schulung von SOPs
  • Unterstützung beim Aufbau und der Inbetriebnahme eines neuen Produktionsstandorts
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen, wie z. B. Quality Unit, Produktion und Technik
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Pharmatechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder artverwandte Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und ein strukturierter, eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsstil
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Sinn für Qualität
  • Gute Kenntnisse der regulatorischen und GMP-Anforderungen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Freude an kommunikationsorientierter Teamarbeit
  • Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
