About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Talent Management Unit. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, including career development, staffing, and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing Career Development meetings by requesting performance evaluations and following up as necessary.
  • Compile documents and presentations for CD meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process data in our HR/staffing database, maintaining and controlling information on planned and actual assignments of individual consultant groups.
  • Support Talent Coordinators and Talent Assistants with daily tasks and ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
  • Enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or the humanities.
  • Completed internships or gained practical experience in a service-oriented field.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
