Die Arrow ECS ist ein Value-Add IT Distributor, der sich auf die Bereitstellung von Produkten und Lösungen führender Technologieanbieter für den unternehmensweiten Einsatz in den Bereichen Enterprise und Midrange Computing fokussiert hat. In Deutschland konzentriert sich Arrow ECS auf die Produktbereiche Cloud, Modern Datacenter, Network & Security, Enterprise Software und Services. Wir unterstützen Fachhändler bei der Realisierung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für deren Endkunden.

Das Produkt- und Lösungsangebot wird kombiniert mit kontinuierlich wachsenden Services in den Bereichen Marketing, Vertrieb, Finanzierung, Logistik sowie Technik und Consulting. Professionelle, teilweise exklusive Trainings und Schulungen unter dem Markennamen "Arrow ECSedu" ergänzen das Angebot.

Das Unternehmen beschäftigt in Deutschland heute ca. 300 Mitarbeiter. Als Teil einer großen amerikanischen Unternehmensgruppe sind wir unter den Fortune 500 an der Börse notiert.

Microsoft Cloud Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Akquise neuer Kunden und Partner im Raum Deutschland und bist dabei in konstanter Abstimmung mit deinen Ansprechpartner*innen im Arrow-Team und mit Microsoft
  • Du baust stetig dein Microsoft Sales Netzwerk aus in Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedensten Sparring-Partner*innen und positionierst damit dich und Arrow als innovativer und verlässlicher Distributionsvorreiter
  • Du nimmst die Umsetzung von strategischen Herstellerzielen in die Hand und steuerst die Erreichung der Ziele
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Pre-Sales, Inside Sales und Marketing zur strategischen Planung und Durchführung der Sales Aktivitäten
  • Proaktive Unterstützung des Inside Sales Teams bei komplexen, strategischen Microsoft Cloud Themen
  • Erkennen von Crossselling und Upselling Potenzial und enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Business Units
  • Betreuung und Ausbau deiner Bestandskunden hinsichtlich des Customer Success und des Upsells
  • Du nimmst an Hersteller-, Partner- und Arrow Veranstaltungen teil und baust hier stetig dein Netzwerk und die Geschäftschancen aus
Dein Profil:
  • Vertriebserfahrung im Thema Azure + Security und ein starkes Microsoft Partner Netzwerk
  • Cloudinnovations- und Marktkenntnisse
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technologisches Studium oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Spaß am Verkauf verbunden mit einem starken Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden- bzw. Serviceorientierung und Spaß an der Arbeit im Team
