Your Mission- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our Intershop Progressive Web App through standard product development.
- Implement and optimize automated processes for a stable and efficient platform.
- Collaborate with the automation team to integrate DevOps tasks seamlessly into the development process.
- Contribute to architectural decisions that improve the reliability and scalability of our applications.
- Monitor, respond to incidents, and continuously improve systems with the operations team.
- You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field of study. Career changers and experienced developers are welcome.
- Profound experience in site reliability engineering or comparable activities.
- Knowledge of DevOps automation and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Good understanding of web security and best practices.
- Experience working with development teams and integrating SRE practices into the development cycle.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system architectures for reliability and scalability.
- Experience with incident response, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Experience in client application development with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.
- Knowledge of web development, RxJS, and JavaScript/TypeScript is an advantage.
- Very good written and spoken English skills.
