Ihre Aufgaben:
* Abrechnung von Löhnen und Gehältern inklusive aller zugehörigen Bestandteile (bAV etc.)
* Anlage und Pflege der Personalakten sowie perspektivisch deren Digitalisierung
* Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Beschlussvorlagen, Zeugnissen u.ä.
* Erfassung von Arbeits- und Fehlzeiten
* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Meldungen (z.B. SchwbAV, MuSchG)
* Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen, Behörden und Versicherungen
* Überwachung der Vorlage personeller Nachweise
Ihr Profil:
* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
* Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Tätigkeit
* Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
* Sie beherrschen die grundlegenden EDV- und MS-Office-Fertigkeiten, DATEV-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
* Sie sind empathisch, belastbar und haben ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion
* Sie behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und arbeiten lösungsorientiert
* Sie identifizieren sich mit den Grundsätzen des Roten Kreuzes
