About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Utimaco. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain HR reporting systems to provide insights into HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Design and implement HR-related projects, such as benchmarking and audit programs, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the compensation plan for sales commissions and annual performance-based bonuses.
  • Prepare and analyze HR-related reports, including headcount development, absence statistics, and personnel cost planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration with a specialization in controlling.
  • Proficient in using reporting software and excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of integrated systems in small to mid-sized companies.
  • Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
