Advisor in Global Mobility Services

Your Responsibilities:- As a (Junior) Advisor (m/f/d) in Global Mobility Services - Social Security, you should possess a background in social security legislation (e.g., social insurance expert, Bachelor of Arts in Social Security, Diploma in Social Law).
- Completion of further training in health insurance or an equivalent qualification (e.g., health insurance business administrator, Diploma in administration with a focus on social security) is required.
- A completed legal education is also a valid alternative.
- Initial practical experience through relevant internships or early professional exposure in social security is essential.
- Familiarity with international social security legislation (Regulation -EG- 883/2004, Social Security Agreements) and national social security laws will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
- Proficiency in both German and English, in written and spoken forms, is crucial for this position.

- Support our team in both national and international projects concerning social security law.
- Determine social security affiliations in cases with international dimensions (e.g., preparing expert opinions).
- Advise on strategies to optimize the insurance coverage of assigned personnel.
- Manage and coordinate application processes to ensure assigned employees are secured within the German social security framework.
- Prepare international pension comparison analyses to identify benefit discrepancies.
- Assist our clients during company audits.
- Conduct training sessions for clients.
