About our company

YiDa Business Consulting & Translation Services is a leading company in the field of project management, client representation, and engineering planning. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Project Planner MEP to join our team in Regensburg.

Key qualifications and knowledge:
  • Technical training as a state-certified technician (TGA area) or a successfully completed technical college degree (e.g. building technology, TGA planning)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Initial experience in hook-up planning and/or TGA planning (1-3 years)
  • Excellent communication skills in German
Responsibilities:
  • Coordination and development of project principles with trades and system managers
  • Derivation of the required dimensions of systems or pipe systems to ensure security of supply and disposal
  • Creation of plans in AutoCAD
  • Organization of the construction site process with trades and plant managers
  • Creation of schedules
  • Construction supervision
  • Organization and implementation of commissioning and decommissioning of systems and infrastructure
  • Cost planning
  • Documentation and project completion
