We are currently recruiting an Experienced Lawyer - Accounting Law to join our team. As a key member of our Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards practice, you will provide expert legal advice on financial reporting and application of accounting standards to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice on financial reporting and application of accounting standards to clients.
• Ensure clients' compliance with all relevant accounting and financial reporting standards.
• Advise on the legal aspects of financial statements, audits, and accounting practices.
• Assist clients in interpreting and applying accounting standards applied in Luxembourg (Lux GAAP, IFRS).
• Follow-up on client requests and draft opinions on documents under the supervision of the partner in charge.
• Participate in meetings and conference calls with clients to discuss their projects.

Requirements:

• University degree in law with an in-depth knowledge of contract law and company law.
• Post-graduate degree in accounting, auditing, or tax law is an asset.
• At least 3 years of experience in national (LUX GAAP, BE GAAP or FR GAAP) and international accounting law (IFRS) in a law, audit, or consulting firm.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. German is an asset.
• Proven listening skills and analytical rigor.
• Motivated, dynamic, and able to work both independently and in a team.
