Unsere Herausforderung

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP SD - S/4HANA Sales Manager, der unsere Kunden in der produzierenden Industrie mit Lösungen ausgestattet. Als Prozessberater werden Sie Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickeln und umsetzen. Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von internationalen SAP ERP & S/4HANA Transformations- und Rollout-Projekten. Sie werden die interdisziplinären Projektmitarbeiter und -teams koordinieren und führen. Darüber hinaus werden Sie Change Management & Coaching durchführen und im Presales und beim Auf- und Ausbau unserer Kundenbeziehungen unterstützen. Sie werden Workshops und Schulungen durchführen und Trainees und angehende Senior Consultants mentoren.

Was wir uns wünschen

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP SD - S/4HANA Sales Manager mit folgenden Qualifikationen:

• Erstklassiger Hochschulabschluss in BWL, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Maschinenbau, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung als SAP Logistikberater mit dem Schwerpunkt SAP SD in Prozess- und Optimierungsprojekten im Bereich Logistik

• Idealerweise modulübergreifende Integrationskenntnisse im Bereich Logistik

• Erste Erfahrungen als Projektleiter von fachbereichsnahen SAP Beratern oder als Teilprojektleiter in großen SAP Projekten von Vorteil

• Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise, analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Ebene des Teams und der Abteilungsleitung in multikulturellen Umgebungen

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Reisebereitschaft, auch für gelegentliche Auslandseinsätze
