Systems Engineer with a focus on Cybersecurity

About the Role
HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with a focus on information security to join our 4D Radars department in Ulm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining system technology, developing and testing radar systems, and integrating them with customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop information security concepts in accordance with Bundeswehr regulation ZDv A-960/1
- Analyze radar systems, segments, and components using BSI IT-Grundschutz with SAVe Tool
- Evaluate customer-specific information security standards and map them to current implementation for export outside Germany
- Create InfoSichh requirements in DOORS for radar systems, segments, and components
- Develop solutions for implementing InfoSichh requirements with specialist departments
- Create verification documents for information security concepts
- Define technical system requirements for Naval and Ground Radars based on customer requirements or contractual requirements
- Requirements engineering and management using DOORS
- Allocate requirements and define performance data for subsystems, create specifications for subsystems
Requirements
- Completed studies in computer science, computer engineering, or IT security
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Knowledge of distributed systems, networks, firewalls, communication protocols
- Knowledge of public key infrastructures and basic cryptographic procedures
- Ideal experience with BSI IT-Grundschutz and the Infodas SAVe tool
- Knowledge of systems engineering procedures and methods
- Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, and resilience, as well as a confident demeanor
- Business fluent German and very good English skills
