Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Care Professional to join our team in the Region Erlangen / Bayreuth as a Gebietsspringer - Hörakustik-Geselle / Meister (m/w/d). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting hearing tests, and offering personalized solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through service-oriented sales and consultation interactions, conducting hearing tests, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Implement sales routines with excellence and ensure optimal processes in the store to provide a unique customer experience.
  • Support customers in the maintenance of their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term customer relationships.
  • Utilize customer data to contact customers via phone and organize local marketing activities (e.g., market days and health fairs).
  • As a data administrator, work carefully to keep customer information up-to-date.
  • Support the store organization in planning deployments, manage the calendar, and take over order and inventory management.

Requirements:

  • You have completed your training as a Hearing Care Professional or Master (m/w/d) with success.
  • You are flexible and enjoy meeting new colleagues and stores.
  • You enjoy working in various teams and strive for common success.
  • You are customer-oriented and enjoy consulting and sales.
  • You possess strong communication skills, persuasion, and empathy.
