Precision Mechanic for Custom Tooling

We are seeking a skilled Precision Mechanic to join our team at Normbau GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining custom tooling solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and precision.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities. You will work closely with our design team to develop and implement new tooling solutions, as well as maintain and repair existing equipment.

• Plan, execute, and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of existing tools
• Optimize and fine-tune injection mold tools
• Design and manufacture new tools for plastic injection molding
• Process erosion electrodes
• Conduct quality control and measurement of tools

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (mechanical engineering, toolmaking, etc.)
• Several years of experience in the metal/plastic processing industry, specifically in toolmaking
• CAD/CAM knowledge an asset
• High level of reliability and quality consciousness
• Excellent teamwork and independent work skills
• Strong engagement and sense of responsibility

• Competitive salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
