Creative Motion Designer for Subtitle Innovations

We're PHONT, an innovative startup based in Frankfurt. Our mission is to bring subtitles to life and reimagine a tool that hasn't evolved in over a century.
We're seeking a highly skilled Creative Motion Designer to join our team and help us showcase the potential of our product through engaging animations and marketing materials.
About the RoleAs a Creative Motion Designer, you'll be responsible for creating manual animations (e.g., in After Effects) on subtitles to demonstrate how PHONT enhances subtitle experiences in various formats. You'll also design marketing visuals and assets for social media and promotional campaigns.
Key responsibilities include conceptualizing and visualizing motion assets that will later be implemented into our product, conducting research to develop motion design concepts that reflect our core mission, and collaborating with our team to ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements- A strong portfolio showcasing your skills in 2D motion design and typography
- Proficiency with motion design tools of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- An affinity for social media and understanding of current trends
- A keen eye for typography, animation, and film editing
- Independent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year
