About the Role

Finance in Motion is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Renewable Energy Asset Manager. As a key member of our Asset Management team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and technical aspects of our renewables assets portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the commercial and technical aspects of renewables assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory, real estate, permit, grid, and contractual obligations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, scopes of work, and timelines for development and construction projects.
  • Monitor construction progress, liaise with counterparties and technical advisors, and identify potential project risks and solutions.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors and technical advisors.
  • Prepare and develop project reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly progress updates.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic credentials with a relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Renewables & Finance.
  • Relevant experience in the Renewables Industry and Asset Management, with a focus on renewable energy project design and procurement.
  • Strong experience with construction management and project development processes.
  • Understanding of technical, commercial, and contractual value drivers at asset level.
  • Proficiency in English, with knowledge of a CEE language preferred.
