Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant / Project Manager SAP & ERP to join our team. As a key member of our SAP department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and support of our SAP landscape, leading exciting SAP projects on a national and international level, and collaborating with our functional departments to drive the transition to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our SAP template, oversee the Change Request Management process, and be responsible for process internationalization while working closely with our functional departments to drive the transition to S/4HANA.
  • Develop and implement new SAP EDI connections and interfaces to optimize business processes and reduce workload for our teams.
  • Analyze our systems and procedures across departments to identify areas for quality and efficiency improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for key users and process owners, ensuring a seamless SAP and ERP experience for our external service providers.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in EDI interface management, project management, and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP transports, and SAP modules FI, CO, and/or SD.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English for daily collaboration with international teams.
  • Self-motivated, pragmatic, and solution-oriented approach with a passion for learning new technologies.
