Your Responsibilities
- Design utility-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects, with a focus on project development support.
- Use industry-standard software to progress technical design work from preliminary to detail level, in line with project development maturity.
- Optimize layouts and yields based on constraint analysis.
- Design in compliance with industry codes and standards, incorporating feedback from Construction, Operations, and Development.
- Support the preparation of post-construction documentation.
- Provide expertise during project development and implementation, remotely and on-site.
- Support and lead technical due diligence.
- Collaborate with Renewables teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, contract managers, offtake managers, market analysts, and strategy analysts, as well as external partners.
- Manage stakeholders internally and externally.
Your Profile
- University degree in Engineering.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven track record in business transformation or operational excellence.
- Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven track record of international work experience and appreciation of cultural differences.
- Business fluency in English.
