YOUR ROLE - WHAT AWAITS YOU
As a pivotal contributor, you will play a crucial role in the success of various projects, assisting project leaders in daily operations and formulating actionable recommendations for decision-making. You will oversee, manage, and monitor projects from initiation through to realization and post-calculation, providing advisory support to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and managing both traditional and agile projects utilizing methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Structuring projects from initiation through milestone planning to effort and timeline management during project phases.
- Creating and organizing project management-related documentation, as well as managing information and reporting.
- Monitoring progress, including reporting, and conducting cost-benefit analyses and ad-hoc evaluations for projects and management.
- Documenting and continuously updating project-related risks and dependencies.
- Facilitating project meetings, steering committees, and management escalations, including preparation, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
YOUR SKILLS - WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- A completed degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Initial experience in the finance or banking sector, along with practical experience in PMO or project management, particularly in agile environments.
- At least one year of experience in IT-related projects within banks, with knowledge in business analysis, development of functional and IT concepts, or testing and test management.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies is advantageous.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite (including MS Access, MS Project, and MS SharePoint).
- Basic knowledge of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus.
