About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Solution Designer to join our team at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. As a key member of our Business & IS Solutions (BISS) organization, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of our customer service product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a product vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to prioritize features and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Act as an interface between business units, internal developer teams, and external providers.
  • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders.
  • Make data-driven decisions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Support the team in finding efficient and fast solutions to complex problems.
  • Contribute to shaping the digital future of our industry.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Customer Solution Designer or Product Owner for customer service applications.
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes and customer service activities.
  • Passion for logistics and experience in the industry is a plus.
  • Excellent social skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • High degree of initiative and reliability, with a willingness to question traditional approaches and drive digital innovation.
  • Experience in introducing new systems, particularly in customer service solutions.
