WMS IT Functional Engineer

Job Title: WMS IT Functional Engineer

We are seeking an experienced WMS IT Functional Engineer to join our team at NR SUPPLY LTD. As a WMS SME and next line of support, you will be responsible for managing solutions from requirements to support, proactively working with process and configuration optimization, and championing changes and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate, test, and accept versions/releases of software.
  • Participate in second-level support IT L2.
  • Cooperate with 1st and 2nd line support and deliver 3rd line support.
  • Min 3 years of experience hands-on with WMS systems configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Software development methodology and techniques knowledge.
  • Support of min medium-sized organization.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • German language knowledge will be a plus.

Please note that this is a permanent position, and we are looking for a candidate with a strong background in WMS systems and IT support.
