About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Logistics Industry Transformation Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising top management on strategy development and implementation, supporting the transformation of the logistics industry, and leading project teams in digital transformation, efficiency, optimization, and sustainability projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive digitalization, customer orientation, and sustainability in the logistics industry
  • Lead project teams in transformation, efficiency, optimization, and sustainability projects along the logistics value chain
  • Utilize industry expertise to develop new business models and consulting products
  • Establish partner networks between clients for innovative logistics and transportation solutions
  • Develop and implement knowledge management strategies to share expertise with colleagues
Requirements
  • Master's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in a consulting firm or industry, with a focus on logistics, CEP, transportation, and aviation
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Fluency in English, with German language skills an advantage
