Job Title: Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at Applied Materials. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading multiple concurrent engineering projects from concept to volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of project objectives.
  • Coordinate the work of subsystem leads and design engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Drive project deliverables through the use of reports, tracking charts, and checklists.
  • Align activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within-budget performance objectives.
  • Support and drive engineering activities related to ECR creation, ECR management, and ECR timelines.
  • Develop and implement ECR strategy to optimize and minimize ECR workflow and friction in the engineering team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in systems, mechanical, or electrical engineering, with a passion for leading multiple concurrent engineering projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, confidence in communicating with senior managers and directors, and ability to develop strong relationships with product development peers.
  • Demonstrated success as a project leader or program manager, with previous experience in the semiconductor equipment industry preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Master's preferred).
