The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex needs.
About the Role:
- Work in a residential group home for individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with residents and multidisciplinary teams
- Document care and support provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Provide active and enthusiastic support to residents in their daily lives
- Contribute to a multidisciplinary team, promoting professional development and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
- Completed education in a relevant field, such as social work, care management, or a related discipline
- Ability to take responsibility and be reliable
- Appreciation for diversity and a commitment to inclusivity
- Empathetic and respectful approach to working with individuals with complex needs
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
