We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, with a particular focus on real estate transactions.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Accurately record and process business transactions, primarily within the real estate sector.
  • Maintain automated interfaces for accounting systems, including connections with banks and tax advisors.
  • Organize and manage both digital and physical documents related to accounting and other relevant information.
  • Communicate effectively with external service providers such as banks, tax consultants, legal advisors, and insurance companies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses, along with general administrative tasks.

Your Profile:
  • You have successfully completed a tax specialist training or commercial training, ideally with a specialization in finance and accounting.
  • You possess practical experience in commercial administration and processing business transactions, preferably within real estate management.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • You demonstrate independence, reliability, meticulous attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
