Loft Ambassador

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Loft Agent to join our team at Althoff Hotels. As a Loft Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring that their stay with us is nothing short of perfect.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for throughout their stay.
• Be proactive in anticipating and meeting the needs of our guests, going above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure that all aspects of the guest experience are met, from check-in to check-out.
• Be knowledgeable about our hotel and its services, and be able to make recommendations to guests to enhance their stay.
• Handle guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, always seeking to resolve the issue to the guest's satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall success of the hotel by suggesting ideas and initiatives to improve the guest experience and increase revenue.
