Solution Design Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Solution Design Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our Contract Logistics team, you will be responsible for designing best-in-class solutions for Contract Logistics Projects within Region Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative solutions for Contract Logistics Projects, ensuring they meet internal hurdle rates and operational productivities.
- Apply the latest technology to achieve competitive advantage in operational and financial aspects.
- Analyze customer requirements and summarize key facts and figures for Go/No-Go decisions.
- Present solutions to key customers and prospective customers, highlighting value creation and new business wins.
Requirements
- Profound experience in contract logistics warehousing & transports and/or manufacturing support solution design.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
- Goal-oriented working style with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
