Join Our Team of Sustainability Specialists

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainability Specialist to join our team at HENN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the processing of certification services for new construction and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accompany project participants through all phases, advising on the implementation of sustainability goals, particularly in life cycle costs, life cycle assessment, and materials selection.
  • Coordinate all parties involved in certification and integrate their services.
  • Carry out pre-assessments and participate in the preparation of tender documents.
  • Evaluate the cost and schedule impacts of certification measures.
  • Prepare evidence and communicate with the auditing body.
  • Participate in the preparation of offers for certification services.
  • Prepare documents for the commissioning of external experts.
Requirements:
  • Degree in architecture or civil engineering.
  • Several years of professional experience, ideally in the mentioned areas of focus.
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English.
  • Independent working style and ability to work in a team.
  • DGNB Consultant (m/f/x) / DGNB Auditor (m/f/x) / LEED AP.
