Job Title: Retail Sales Trainee (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our beverage and consumer goods products
  • Operate modern cash registers and manage sales transactions efficiently
  • Handle product returns and exchanges in a professional manner
  • Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays to drive sales
  • Order products from our logistics department to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Assist with inventory management to minimize stockouts and overstocking
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and support management in achieving business objectives
  • Regularly update and optimize product selection to meet customer demands
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Passion for beverages and consumer goods, with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with excellent time management skills
  • Strong math skills, with the ability to handle cash and make change accurately
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoyment of customer interactions, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
