Product Manager - EMEA Premium Segment

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our EMEA Premium Segment in the paints/coatings sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects within EMEA to add new products, sunset obsolete products, and manage product changes within the segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver projects within EMEA to add new products, sunset obsolete products, and manage product changes within the segment.
  • Work closely with technology platform managers to convert insights into clear requirements for project deliverables.
  • Interact with marketing, sales, and technical teams in the region to understand market needs and execute global initiatives.
  • Follow up on the execution of premium segment, product, and business initiatives within EMEA.
  • Collect market and technical input from regional organizations to input into global segment teams.
  • Liaise with sales and technical teams to provide required product support.
  • Support regional organizations on business-related requests.
  • Support and assess private label initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industrial experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, technical, R&D, and/or product management within the coatings, chemical, collision repair, automotive, or another industrial segment.
  • Proven technical/product knowledge of refinish and/or automotive coatings, including their application, performance, and commercial aspects.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in managing new product development and product support programs.
  • Understanding of product life-cycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in project management.
