Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Corporate Internal Audit, der unsere Unternehmenssicherheit und -kontrolle weiterentwickeln möchte.
**Aufgaben**
- Die Planung und Durchführung von Revisionsprüfungen in unseren Gesellschaften im In- und Ausland, einschließlich der Beurteilung der Angemessenheit, Effizienz und Wirksamkeit von Kontrollen und des Risikomanagements.
- Die Erstellung und Abstimmung von Revisionsberichten in deutscher und englischer Sprache, einschließlich der Formulierung von Maßnahmen zur Stärkung des Internen Kontrollsystems.
- Die Nachhaltung der vereinbarten Maßnahmen (Follow-up) und die Beratung des Managements und der Fachbereiche hinsichtlich der Stärkung des Internen Kontrollsystems.
- Die Koordination externer Dienstleister, wie Internal Audit Support und Dolmetscher.
- Die Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden der Internen Revision.
**Anforderungen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Internen Revision, Unternehmenssicherheit oder in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft.
- Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Revisionsstandards, Rechnungslegung und Bilanzierung nach HGB und IFRS sowie im Controlling.
- Versierter Umgang mit SAP R/3 und den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Analysefähigkeiten sowie kreatives und konzeptionelles Denken.
- Fähigkeit, funktionsübergreifende Teams zu motivieren und zu führen.
- Hohe Integrität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Bereitschaft zu internationalen Reisen.
