About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Product Excellence team at SAP. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting cross-product initiatives and stakeholder management tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Product Excellence team to manage cross-functional initiatives and support stakeholder management tasks.
  • Recommend best practices and product management processes to improve efficiency and remove bottlenecks.
  • Support education and upskilling activities for the Product Management Group.
  • Work with the team to improve initiative efficiency and support special projects.
  • Support stakeholders for ongoing Beta, Feedback, and Design Partner Programs.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year's experience with data and products in a SaaS company.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative subject (computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, etc.).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to contribute both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills (must have).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a product team.
  • Ability to perform quantitative analysis on complex data sets.

  • Creating best practices on how processes should work.
  • Managing cross-functional teams' coordination to ensure practices are implemented and working in harmony.
  • Prioritizing decisions based on available customer data.
  • Managing all in-house and external tools and programs for smooth rollouts.
  • Managing data-source mapping to keep insights coming in a systematic manner.
