We are a leading company in the industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional results through continuous process optimization and efficiency improvement. We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Operations Manager to join our team and contribute to the further development of our lean structures.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide support in the application of proven methods and tools for process optimization and implement measures to increase efficiency.
  • Conduct training courses in process optimization methods and tools, as well as train multipliers.
  • Support managers in the development of strategies and the implementation of plant targets.
  • Coach employees in the practical application of knowledge and support them in achieving their goals.
  • Organize, moderate, and prepare workshops aimed at optimizing processes and procedures and implementing measures to increase efficiency.
  • Conduct training courses on methods and tools for process optimization and training multipliers.

**Requirements**

  • A successfully completed degree with a business or technical focus or comparable training.
  • Sound knowledge of the continuous improvement process (CIP), total productive maintenance (TPM), and lean methods and tools.
  • Knowledge of business and production processes, with a high level of process understanding and a basic technical understanding.
  • Good user skills in MS Office and SAP.
