Wir suchen in Köln einen Recruitment Support Coordinator (m/w/d) in Vollzeit, der sich auf die direkte Vermittlung von Fach- und Führungskräften spezialisiert hat.

Aufgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management, Produzenten und Produktionsleitung
  • Durchsicht von Lebensläufen und Vorauswahl geeigneter Bewerber
  • Kommunikation mit potenziellen Mitarbeitern und Klärung der Verfügbarkeiten
  • Ausschreibung von Produktionsjobs, insbesondere bei kurzfristigem Bedarf
  • Rekrutierung und Betreuung von Praktikanten
  • Projektmanagement: Unterstützung bei der Einführung einer neuen Bewerberdatenbank und Entwicklung der erforderlichen Prozesse
  • Unterstützung im Bereich Employer Branding (Kununu, Linkedin, etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Flyern und Markenmaterialien für Employer-Branding-Events, z.B. Jobmessen
  • Mithilfe bei der Veranstaltungsplanung und aktive Teilnahme an Events und Messen
Ihr Profil
  • Optimalerweise Erfahrung in Fernsehproduktionen und/oder im Talentmanagement (Recruiting) sowie in schnelllebigen Arbeitsumgebungen
  • Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Recruiting-Kanälen und Active Sourcing über Social Media bis hin zu klassischen Jobbörsen
  • Fähigkeit, selbstständig und als Teil eines lokalen Teams zu arbeiten
  • Sehr gut organisiert und in der Lage, enge Fristen einzuhalten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
