About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for controlling projects in all phases, from strategy development to implementation and commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, cost targets, quality, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to implement defined project goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines, cost targets, quality, and deadlines
  • Monitor compliance with approved planning data and initiate corrective measures
  • Involve all departments affected by the project and make decisions
  • Participate in sales processes and prepare technical presentations
  • Internal and external project reporting
Requirements
  • Successfully completed degree in engineering or industrial engineering with commercial understanding
  • Several years of relevant professional experience as a project leader or project manager
  • Recognised project management certification (PMI, IPMA, or similar) is an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills and knowledge of project management tools
  • Very good written and spoken German and English/French or Italian language skills are an advantage
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
