About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Erste Hausverwaltung GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications using JavaScript and web technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in software engineering with a deep understanding of computer science fundamentals
  • Excellent knowledge in professional development with JavaScript as well as good familiarity with JavaScript libraries
  • Familiarity with relational databases, microservices, APIs, complex web applications, and building scalable systems
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • University or technical college degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, or similar fields, or equivalent professional experience
