Project Manager Integrated Business Planning Professional

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Integrated Business Planning team within the Corporate Development department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive implementation projects in Dr. Oetker market countries.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Integrated Business Planning by designing, implementing, and improving processes, tools, and change aspects in our Dr. Oetker countries.
  • Implement integrated planning processes across functions according to the global Integrated Business Planning approach.
  • Ensure the success of projects through goal-oriented, efficient, and professional project management.
  • Collaborate with local project teams in our Dr. Oetker countries to bring projects to life.
  • Prepare, execute, and document multinational implementations and related reporting and analysis for overall program management.
  • Manage project and stakeholder relationships to ensure partner buy-in.
  • Link local projects with international departments such as Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Controlling, and IT.
  • Develop solution approaches to improve the overall rollout of Integrated Business Planning and the operative performance of individual international departments and national market units.
  • Collaborate with other corporate functions, Dr. Oetker countries, and external consultants.
  • Lead overarching projects or special tasks in the context of IBP and be responsible for implementation.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business management or a similar field.
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a professional, fast-moving, and performance-oriented environment preferably in Sales, Category Management, Marketing, Supply, Controlling, or Transformational roles.
  • Analytical, results-driven, reliable, and well-organized with problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of business planning through functional experience or process implementation across different areas within our business.
  • Open to innovation and change at Dr. Oetker and able to find the right solution when faced with resistance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to win people's trust.
  • Willing to travel regularly to Dr. Oetker countries and bring necessary intercultural competence and openness.
  • Extensive methodological competence in project management, change management, and complex stakeholder structures in an international and interdisciplinary context.
  • High degree of resilience and flexibility.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
