Sales Development Representative

AUCTA GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team.

As a startup founded in Berlin and Madrid in 2019, AUCTA aims to enable industrial companies to leverage the value of their CAD data beyond the engineering department. Our innovative technology makes creating and deploying 3D visualizations as simple as building a presentation.

We are looking for an experienced sales hunter to help us grow our customer base and take AUCTA to the next stage as a company.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify and engage with relevant leads to build customer relationships early in the sales funnel.
  2. Contribute to the development of our sales and growth strategy to make it more sustainable.
  3. Become a key factor in our journey from 1 to 100 customers.
  4. Evaluate and refine sales hypotheses and channels to drive business growth.
Requirements
  1. Prior B2B/Enterprise sales experience is a plus.
  2. Native-level German proficiency and basic business-level English skills.
  3. Proactive working style with a focus on tangible results.
  4. Highly motivated and engaged attitude.
