Wir suchen einen motivierten und engagierten Junior Business Consultant Automotive, der sich für die Automobilindustrie begeistert und sich in die Welt der Geschäftsanwendungen einbringen möchte. Als Teil unseres agilen Teams werden Sie an anspruchsvollen Projekten arbeiten und gemeinsam mit unseren erfahrenen Business Consultants Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickeln.
Als Junior Business Consultant Automotive werden Sie:
- an der Fachkonzeption und der Testfallerstellung mitarbeiten
- die Qualität unserer IT-Lösungen sicherstellen
- die Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten bei unseren Kunden begleiten
- bei Akquisen mit Ihrem Fachwissen die inhaltliche Angebotsgestaltung unterstützen

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
- ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z.B. Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Methodenkenntnis in der Prozessanalyse und -modellierung (z.B. in BPMN, UML, EPK)
- Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und Kreativität mit einem Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden
- Interesse an Automotive-Geschäftsprozessen, z.B. PLM, E-Prozesskette, Sales, Fahrzeugentwicklung, Produktionsplanung, Supply Chain Management
- Begeisterung für die Kommunikation mit Kunden auf Deutsch und Englisch, sowie Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft, lösungsorientiertes und systematisches Denken und vor allem Freude an der Arbeit im Team
