We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Deutsche Post DHL. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, resolving equipment malfunctions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our parcel sorting and transportation processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate production equipment to sort and transport parcels efficiently
- Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime
- Load and unload parcel shipments onto conveyors, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Sort, distribute, and transport materials within the work area, maintaining a safe and organized environment
- Remove and process non-machineable or hazardous shipments, adhering to safety protocols
- Clean equipment and maintain a clean work area, adhering to quality standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable and dedicated work ethic, with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
- Competitive hourly wage, including a 50% Christmas bonus
- 25% tax-free night allowance, starting from 8:00 PM
- Additional 50% Christmas bonus in November
- Up to 332€ holiday bonus in July, from the 2nd year
