Director of Trade Management Intra Europe
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Management Director to lead our Intra Europe Trade team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to oversee trade operations and develop strategies to improve performance
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Optimize the European Shuttle and feeder network to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Monitor and analyze trade data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Your Profile:
- Strong shipping background with experience in trade management or a commercial role
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring and managing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions
- Fluent in English (business proficiency) with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment
