Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Werkstudent Vertriebsinnendienst to support our sales and service team. As a Werkstudent Vertriebsinnendienst, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing customer relationships, and assisting with sales and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
- Manage customer relationships, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist with sales and marketing efforts, including preparing sales materials, attending sales meetings, and participating in marketing campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
