We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certifying Staff B1 to join our team at Textron Aviation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the certification and release-to-service of maintenance and repair work performed on our aircraft.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed troubleshooting and repair of aircraft systems and components
- Perform damage assessment and develop repair plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution of maintenance work
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders on technical issues
Requirements
- Valid LBA/EASA B1 license
- Experience working on aircraft types similar to Cessna, Hawker, and Beechcraft
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and international assignments
