Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Disponent (m/w/d) Transportwesen to join our team at our headquarters in Bindlach. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily and weekly tour and schedule planning, taking into account fluctuating demand. Your tasks will include:

  • Creating daily and weekly tour and schedule plans, considering varying demand levels
  • Pre-disposition of external vehicles
  • Creating loading lists and delivery notes
  • Conducting evaluations in the area of fleet and logistics
  • Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining the complaint database
  • Recording the exchange of goods between branches
  • Controlling driver expenses
  • Controlling driver driving and working hours, as well as key handovers
  • Personnel deployment planning

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A completed commercial education in the field of forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d) or several years of experience in the field of transportationProficient computer skillsHigh motivation and flexibilityTeamwork and quick understanding

About the Role

As a Disponent (m/w/d) Transportwesen, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for supplying approximately 2,100 European NKD branches with all the necessary goods. Our logistics team in Bindlach has access to a fully automated high-bay warehouse with over 17,000 pallet storage locations, as well as modern commissioning roads.
