Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PHP Team Lead to lead our software development team and make a significant impact on our products and processes. As a key player in our software development team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a development team, providing both technical and disciplinary guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a development team, providing technical and disciplinary guidance
  • Foster continuous development of team members through collaborative leadership
  • Define technical specifications for sustainable conventions and architectures
  • Develop and automate processes to enhance efficiency
  • Oversee the development and enhancement of features with a focus on high quality and speed
  • Optimize, scale, and advance the overall architecture of your domain
  • Take responsibility for the IT systems within your area, including software, servers, and availability

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a software architect or senior developer
  • Expertise in object-oriented PHP development
  • Strong knowledge of MySQL
  • Proficiency in Linux/Debian administration
  • Familiarity with Ansible is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality with a passion for development and a high level of commitment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to quality
  • Good command of German and English is required
